In an effort to keep the cost of the program down for you, we have chosen accommodations that are as affordable as we can find in both Peru and Kenya. In Peru, you’ll be staying in a comfortable, but basic, hostel. Bathrooms are shared facilities but all are clean and well taken care of. It is a comfortable, but simple living arrangement.
In Kenya, interns will stay at the world-famous High Altitude Training Center (HATC), alongside world-class athletes from all over the world. Rooms have private bathrooms and are shared with other interns. Use of all the HATC facilities (including meals) is included.
The setting of each is beautiful and the common-spaces (courtyards, living rooms, etc.) make for great places to relax, so you likely won’t spend a ton of time in your room.
